How do I reset my password?
There are a few methods to reset your password.
Method 1: Visit the https://skillpassport.skyhive.ai/ login screen and select “Forgot Password?” at the bottom. Enter your email and then select Submit.
Method 2: From the Settings option followed by Password Reset, enter your old password followed by your new one.
How do I re-upload my resume?
Under your Profile section, you can quickly upload your resume to populate fields in your profile. The "Upload Resume" button makes this process simple.
By completing these sections, you will create a robust profile that showcases your qualifications to employers and helps our platform match you with relevant jobs.
Who can see my profile?
The Visibility and Privacy tab within the Settings section provides granular control over your profile's visibility.
This powerful feature allows you to customize how your profile appears to potential employers and the general public. You have the flexibility to determine:

Whether your full name is displayed to employers who view your profile

If your profile photo should be visible to others

Whether search engines like Google, Bing, and Yahoo! can index and display your profile in their results
Are there definitions available for each skill?
Yes! Under the Skills section of your Profile, you can view the definition of each skill by clicking on it.
How do I go back to edit my skills?
In the Skills section, click on the skill you want to modify.
You can change the skill name or adjust the proficiency level (see below for details).
Click "Save" to update the skill.
How many skills should I add to my profile?
We recommend an average of 30-40, which ensures your skills profile is complete and SkyHive can better match you with opportunities. You are welcome to add more skills than this average, but skills must be relevant to your past or current experience.
How do I edit my Working Experience, Education or Credentials?
To update your personal or work information, click the "Edit Profile" button under your Profile. This allows you to fill in additional details about your background and experience.
Do you store my resume after I upload it?
We delete user resumes as soon as we're done processing. This is done to protect our users.
