Start your journey as a system administrator with a worker/learner profile. Once approved for Network Admin access, you will receive a customized Skill Passport instance.

Setting Up Your Custom Skills Passport Network

Learn how to create and manage your own customized Skills Passport network. 

Eligibility Requirements

The following organizations can create custom networks:

  • Government agencies

  • Government-funded NGOs

  • Employers

  • Educational institutions

  • Authorized organizations running targeted initiatives

Setup Process

1. Initial Setup Steps

Designate a Network Administrator

  • Choose a primary contact person

  • Have them create a standard Skills Passport profile

Prepare Required Information

  • Network administrator's name and email

  • Network name

  • Organization logo (high resolution)

  • Brand avatar (optional)

  • Primary brand color code

Complete Network Creation

  1. Submit information to the SkyHive team

  2. Wait for admin invitation via the notification system (The bell icon) 

  3. Accept the network invitation

  4. Access your custom network dashboard

  • Access your unique network URL through the dashboard

  • Share URL with authorized organization members
