Accessing the Job Creation Tool

  1. Switch to your business profile

  2. Select 'Hire a Talent' motivation card

  3. Navigate to dashboard

  4. Click 'Post a Job' in the action bar

Creating Your Job Listing

Our AI-powered job posting system streamlines the process:

  1. Enter Job Title

    • AI automatically generates matching skills

    • Creates initial job description

  2. Customize Details

    • Adjust skill proficiency requirements

    • Add additional skills

    • Edit job description

    • Set location preferences

    • Specify salary range

    • Choose work arrangement (remote/hybrid/onsite)

How to Import Your Existing Jobs

You can easily import your existing job listings from LinkedIn into our platform. You can follow these simple steps to get started.

1. Access the Import Tool

  • Click the Actions menu in your dashboard
  • Select "Import Jobs"

2. Prepare Your Job Data

  • Download our CSV template
  • Add LinkedIn job URLs to the template
  • Ensure all URLs are valid and active

3. Submit and Process

  • Upload your completed CSV file
  • Our system will begin processing your jobs
  • Processing typically takes 1-3 business days

  • Once processing is complete, you will be notified
  • Review each imported job listing
  • Make any necessary adjustments before publishing
