Finding and Inviting Candidates

Searching for Talent

  1. Navigate to your job overview page

  2. Select 'Invite Talent to Apply'

  3. View candidate matches sorted by skills match percentage

Understanding Member Cards

Each candidate card displays:

  • Name

  • Skills match percentage

  • Current occupation

  • Location

  • Action buttons:

    • Invite to Apply

    • View Profile

Managing the Application Process

Inviting Candidates

  1. Click 'Invite to Apply' on a candidate's card

  2. System sends automatic notification to candidate

  3. Candidate appears in 'Applicants' tab

  4. Track all invited candidates in one place

Interview Management

Use our tracking system to:

  1. Mark candidates for interviews

  2. View interview candidates on Job Overview page

  3. Track interview progress

  4. Update candidate status

Hiring Process Completion

When ready to hire, click 'Mark as Hired' to choose between:

  1. Archive Job Posting

    • Moves posting to 'Closed Jobs'

    • Completes the hiring process

  2. Keep Job Active

    • Maintains posting in 'Active' status

    • Allows for multiple position fills
