After completing your profile, you will be automatically directed to your worker/learner dashboard. This guide will help you understand the key features and navigation elements of your Skill Passport profile.

Top Navigation Bar (with Avatar)

The top navigation bar is your gateway to managing multiple aspects of your Skill Passport experience.

Profile Switching

If you have multiple profiles (e.g., worker/learner, employer, educator, or government/NGO), you can easily switch between them:

• Locate your avatar in the top-right corner.
• Click the expand arrow next to it.
• Select the profile you wish to switch to.

Notifications

Stay updated with important alerts:

• Look for the notification icon next to your avatar.
• This area will inform you about job invitations, course recommendations, and Hive invitations.

Help Center

The Help Center provides clear answers to your questions. Click the "?" icon in the top navigation bar to access support resources. 

You will find:

• Step-by-step tutorials with screenshots
• Troubleshooting guides for common issues
• Searchable knowledge base articles

 

Left-Hand Navigation

The left side of your dashboard provides quick access to key profile areas:

• Profile Card: A snapshot of your basic information and profile completeness.
• Update Profile and Skills: Quickly edit your profile or update your skill set.
• Detailed Sections: Explore deeper into specific areas of your profile or the platform.

Center Dashboard

Adding Experiences

Enhance your profile by adding various experiences:

Look for the five buttons in the center area.

Click to add:

1. Work Experience
2. Education
3. Certification
4. Hobby
5. Skill

Motivation Dashboard

The motivation dashboard is designed to cater to various career stages and professional needs:

For Individuals:

• Set personal goals
• Find job opportunities
• Excel in your current role
• Explore new career paths

For Business and Government Users:

• Employers: Access labor market insights for talent acquisition
• Educators: Analyze courses based on labor market data
• Government Workers: Evaluate and compare economic performance

Each tile on this dashboard represents a different motivation or goal. Click on a tile to explore more about that area or set specific objectives.
