Understanding Your Skills Map

Matching Skills (Blue) Skills you already possess are shown in blue. For each matching skill, you can:

• Adjust complexity level
• Categorize skill type
• Find related training courses 
• Remove the skill
• Update your proficiency level

Missing Skills (Red) Required skills you still need to acquire are shown in red. For each missing skill, you can:

• Set expected complexity level
• Categorize skill type
• Find courses to develop this skill
• Add the skill to your profile once acquired

Use the three-dot menu next to each skill to access these options and manage your skill development journey.

When you select "View courses and training" for any skill, the system will:

• Automatically redirect you to the Course for Upskilling tab

• Pre-filter the course catalog to show options specific to your selected skill
